Play hard. Use it fairly.
Using Mercyless
You may use the website and Android preview for personal, non-commercial play. You are responsible for the player name or account you choose, the people with whom you share room or community codes, messages you send, and activity from your device.
- Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Do not impersonate others or use abusive, hateful, illegal, or deceptive names.
- Do not exploit bugs to harm rooms, bypass host controls, or access another player's seat.
- Do not redistribute a modified APK as an official Mercyless build.
- Do not post spam, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or unlawful material in communities.
Rooms and moderation
Rooms are private by code. The host can add bots, start or restart a match, and remove human players in the lobby. Community owners and admins can manage their channels and memberships. The maintainer may remove content, accounts, or communities when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service stability. Game-room availability and reconnect recovery are best efforts. Community messages are designed to persist but are not a backup service.
Preview software and availability
Mercyless is provided as-is and may contain bugs. The free hosting services can sleep, restart, rate-limit, or become unavailable. Rules, compatibility, and features may change. Rooms are temporary. Although community history is stored durably, users should not rely on Mercyless as the only copy of important information.
The Android build is currently a sideloaded preview, not a Play Store release. Install it only from the official download page and verify the published build details when possible.
Brand and intellectual property
Mercyless is an independent fan-made implementation. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by Mattel. UNO and related names, visual assets, and marks belong to their respective owners. The Mercyless project name and original interface code do not transfer ownership of third-party material.
No warranty and changes
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and the maintainer is not responsible for indirect loss arising from its use or unavailability. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the game or other players. Material revisions will be dated on this page.
